By accessing and using the services provided by TEAKAMOON HOUSE (“the Platform”), you (“the User”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms govern your access to and use of the services offered by TEAKAMOON HOUSE. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

Services Offered

TEAKAMOON HOUSE specializes in the design and construction of custom wooden homes. Our services include:
– Site evaluation
– Design consultation
– Material sourcing
– Project management
– Construction and delivery of the wooden house
The specific scope of work and project details will be outlined in a formal
agreement prior to the commencement of any project.

Payment Terms
The project price will be determined based on various factors, including square footage and customizations. We have arranged all deposits and payments and you can choose the most suitable one for you as a client, please visit How to Order  

Modifications and customizations

Requests for modifications or customizations after project commencement must be submitted in writing. Additional charges may apply.

Materials and Sourcing 

TEAKAMOON HOUSE is responsible for sourcing all materials, which will meet industry standards for quality and sustainability. Clients are not permitted to supply their own materials.

Project Timelines

Project timelines are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be communicated to the client as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their project within 3 days of contract signing for a full
refund of the deposit. Cancellations after this period may result in a partial
refund ( 50% of the deposit paid) .

Warranty and Liability

TEAKAMOON HOUSE offers a 3-year warranty covering structural integrity and workmanship. We are not liable for damages arising from improper maintenance or third-party modifications.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Platform and Services are owned by TEAKAMOON HOUSE. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Platform and Services in accordance with these Terms.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify TEAKAMOON HOUSE against any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Data Use Consent

You consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and for the purposes of analytics and service improvement.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved through Indonesian Law, after an unsuccessful deliberation process

Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TEAKAMOON HOUSE regarding the Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms will still apply.
