TEAKAMOON HOUSE is frequently requested to prepare a set of drawings based on a client’s rough ideas and requirements. We would be happy to undertake Reviews These services, Provided the client will accept the company’s conditions. Reviews These conditions are based on the principle that we need to be reimbursed for our time spent. However, Reviews These fees will be REFUNDED design in full in the event that a fabrication order materializes.

What are TEAKAMOON HOUSE’s Design costs?

Our design fees are priced at $100 an hour. A typical medium size single-story structure will take between 5-7 days to complete depending on how much back and forth our clients require.

So you wish we could include the electrical and plumbing drawings against a variation order. You may have a look at the page showing the plans that we have for sale. The designs can be used worldwide.

Client’s own design.

For more information about preparing a custom or tailor-made design Our drawings are produced in accordance with the International drafting codes and requirements, hence the guaranteed approval.

Cooperation with your architect.

In the event that you have already engaged an architect we will be able to work closely together and work out your ideas and/or conceptual plans or sketches. We are ready to apply the design of your architect for us to realize in accordance with your expectations
